What Are You Good At?
It’s Saturday, March 28, 2026 and March is almost over. Let’s share three things that you’re good at so we can celebrate each other and end March with these amazing qualities we overlook. I’ll share mine below.

@Lauren Parker work feeling fun... That's amazing!
Is ChatGPT a traffic source now? 🤔
I had a bit of an awakening this week and I’m still thinking about it. One of my buyers told me they found me through ChatGPT. I just sat there like… wait, what? 😅 It hadn’t even crossed my mind that this could be a way people discover my work. I’ve been focused on the usual things like blog content, Skool, Pinterest, word of mouth. This feels like a whole other lane I don’t understand yet. So I was wondering… - Has this happened to anyone else here? - Have people found you through AI tools like ChatGPT? - If yes, what do you think made that happen? And if you’re already thinking about this on purpose… how are you approaching it? Right now I don’t have a strategy for this at all because it's all so new to me. I’d like to learn how to make this a real traffic source, not just a one-off surprise. Would really appreciate anything you’ve noticed or tried 🙏

I've never used ChatGTP that way. When I google something, the ai always comes up with a summary / answer first which is helpful. but that's the only place I've seen that happen
Still Rewriting Everything AI Gives You? Read This.
If you’ve been using AI but still feel like you’re behind everyone else — you’re not alone and it’s not your fault. Most people were handed the tool with zero instruction on how to actually use it. So they type something in, get a generic response, rewrite the whole thing anyway, and quietly wonder why everyone else seems to be getting results they’re not. That gap isn’t intelligence. It’s not even effort. It’s not having the right framework. I built these guides for exactly that moment — when you’re done guessing and ready to actually direct AI like you mean it: 📌 Microsoft Copilot Prompt Codes — stop starting from scratch every time you open Copilot 📌 ChatGPT Prompt Codes — get outputs you can actually use without three rounds of editing 📌 Claude AI PMP Study System — built by a PM who used this exact system to prep for the PMP exam 📌 AI Prompt Stacking Guide — chain prompts together so AI builds on itself instead of resetting every time No 47-module course. No theory. Just the exact frameworks I use in my real work as a healthcare IT leader and project manager. If you’ve been waiting for someone to show you exactly what to type and why it works — this is it. 👉 herjenniverse.com Drop a comment or DM me if you want to know which guide fits where you are right now. I’ll point you in the right direction. 🙌

it definitely helps to give clear instructions and a framework to any tool. I have used ChatGTP mostly for creating content, but feed it my previous posts and ideas and ask for re-writes and updates. so much faster.
I. Think. You’re. Stuck.
Sometimes you’re not tired… you’re just stuck! You’re sitting there thinking about what you need to do… but you’re not doing it. You start something… then stop. You scroll… but nothing is landing. Your mind feels cluttered. Your body feels slow. You’re certainly not lazy. But what? That’s your nervous system sitting in a foggy, stalled state. And here’s the part most people miss: 👉🏽 Calming yourself isn’t always the answer. Sometimes you don’t need to relax… you need to clear the internal noise. ✨ That’s where Lemongrass comes in. Lemongrass works differently than Lavender. It doesn’t just soothe… it helps your system reset and refocus. It’s for that: “I need to get myself together” feeling. And here’s something most people don’t realize: 🌿 Lemongrass smells bright and citrusy… but it’s actually a grass oil, not a citrus. That difference matters. Citrus oils tend to lift and lighten the mood… Lemongrass goes a step further — it helps cut through mental clutter and create movement. That’s why it works so well when you feel stuck. 🌿 Try this: • 1 drop lemongrass • 1 drop orange (softens + supports mood) • Inhale slowly for 3–4 breaths Let your shoulders drop. Let your thoughts settle. Then choose your next step. ⚠️ Quick note: Lemongrass is strong — more is not better. Keep it light, and ALWAYS dilute for skin use. 👉🏽This is what I mean when I say: The right oil for the right state changes everything! Join me for more Aromatherapy fun at the Built to Be Seen Summit!! 💬 Tell me honestly… are you feeling more foggy + stuck, or just straight up overwhelmed?
