Hi all and thanks for your content Rey
I am currently on semen retention, i tried it a few years back, but was not ready, my last streak was 27 days, my goal is 30 and beyond, i am seeing lust now as more of an energy with drive, today (day 9) lust got heavy and i surrendered it all to the divine, which has worked so far. I am also continuing with self enquiry, I'm at ease with not being the body, a little tougher with the mind and ego, when in thought or self talk find it hard to notice i am the awareness of, until afterwards.

@Kieran Chopping I say this because it really can make you into a truly powerful being when you work with that power instead of fighting it, which is easier said than done, maybe you’ll still have to fight it sometimes, but essentially the idea is you use the excess energy so you don’t have to fight it anymore. Or, when you take rest days (from gym for example), you know you have to retain to keep up with your life you’re building for yourself. It’s a strange one you do seem very chilled about it which I admire, I guess we’re all different

@Bill Barrowclough just had a disaster 🤣. Had typed out a huge message and then my phone turned off. Was probably the government. Would you wanna organise a call for me to explain it? I basically just said about how I get nutrients in and a bit about my understanding of ojas. Or I’ll give it another go later if you’d prefer, I’m easy :). One thing I mentioned was how making lentil dishes you can pack them with veg - but I would recommend following a recipe atleast for your first time. Did say a lot but it’s not too complicated don’t worry. Can’t believe that 😂 oh well we move. Nice to hear from you 💪.
Tips for a 22 year old?
I was wondering if anyone had tips for a 22 year old who’s willing to learn? My most recent ‘breakthrough’ is letting feelings of spiritual attack (which could even be some kind of paranoia or even just straight anxiety) go, and allowing people say/do what they want rather than trying to put up magical barriers, if that resonates with anyone. Worked on this till I had a perfect solution, only to realise it adds to my suffering lol. It was a useful bridge though. Still working on this and I’ll still stand by ‘hard’ truth if challenged :). I kind of know some stuff about a few things but honestly I’ll listen to anything anyone has to say and be grateful for it. I also understand knowledge is no match for lived experience. Cheers 👍.

@Angelina Gazzola hmm yeah I had to take a minute before replying but on second read I do really get you. It’s sad not everyone wants a solution to conflict - survival of the fittest comes into mind 🫣 (blame my brain not my soul pls). Especially hard when it’s family - any advice on that? :) It is a good reminder of some key things to work on so thank you. Focusing on what you can logically solve is a level I’ve not thought on before. I think I saw this in motion today, this lorry driver was being a dick and I have a habit of doing some mental and vocal aikido to put that fight/flight energy into work, which does serve me often (idk if this is right or not but my thinking is if they’re gonna give it then I will take it, only bs though not nice things), however my co worker just straight up said you’re being rude mate and it did de-escalate. So I’ll work on applying that. I do kind of see it as a game of poker that we’re both gonna go away and think about if you get me on that. Thank you for your advice 👌

@Angelina Gazzola sounds like you’re protecting your peace which I respect. I’ve pretty recently learnt the power of forgiveness - how that feels, which I did learn from Jesus/christianity. When I explain this to people I also mention forgiving yourself, maybe forgiving them another time, till you reach a balance. I think this removes some of the weight, it did for me, though semi-hypocritically some people I do find hard to forgive still. I did just wanna share this idea though. Not suggesting you stay in these environments because keep doing you and gravitating towards love (and you’re right joy) on the wider scale :). I think some people chase pleasure instead of joy, and people do get pleasure from some strange things. Life is about balance though. I am sorry to flip the script on ya ;) flip it again if you want to :)
I used to chase moments. Now I’m learning to stay inside them.
Lately, I catch myself thinking about what’s next: new goals, next steps, the future I’m building. And then there’s a quiet moment that asks, am I even here, right now? Being present It’s that rare state where I stop fixing, analyzing, or planning. When I’m not my past or my future, just myself. I’ve noticed that the more I allow myself to stay in the now, the less I need control. Everything that’s meant to come will come. And I can simply be. How do you experience being present? Is it something natural for you or something that always slips away in the rush of life?

@Katia Saj well I’ve never heard someone say that! Always heard flawless reviews lol but we’re not all the same and of course your opinion is valid. I’ve just started reading it for the second time and I’d completely forgotten all about the pain body it speaks about - which I think is essentially what causes most of the suffering in today’s world, people being unconscious of that and acting from it instead of being conscious of it and not acting from it - which I think is what you’re saying by acting from empathy, clarity and inner peace :). I wonder if when we decide to act not from the pain body we kind of take a little bit of pain out of the world - which you’re right there is a lot of. I can get why this is harder if you have a family and stuff, though it could be an opportunity for greater growth if you see that? As eckhart tolle does also say about transmuting the pain body into higher purposes. Anyway yeah you’re spot on, I’ve acted from anger and division in the past because I thought I was protecting myself but it definitely created more pain and I’m currently remoulding my brain to stop these behaviours and let it all go. Go you❕ I guess you’re kind of new? As I’ve not seen you posting much yet (we all are really). We’re blessed to have you though and I’m sure you can teach us some stuff. I’m sorry you weren’t so keen on le book but I still rate the fact you’ve read it. Probs see you round 👍

@Lucas Moore i do get you, this is another perspective that I just love: https://youtube.com/shorts/UjLWYKZvFw4?si=ztE5yg5oopS23ehv Instead of feeling frustrated - step outside of your comfort zone every now and then (or all the time if you’re a badman). What’s your opinion? 😂 enlightened the *bleep* out of me
I NEED CLARIFICATION
