Help With AIOS (What If You Have No Clients)???
Hi all, I do understand the concept of the AI Operating System (AIOS). However it seems to be geared towards businesses with clients. My business is still in development and I have no clients. The furthest delivery I'm doing now is an AI Influencer which I upload new images to every day. I also create content for YouTube. Can I get AIOS to still work for me? What's the best way to adapt it to my situation?

Staying Focused and Ignoring AI News; Claude Code Question
I am in agreement with Liams recent YT vid about ignoring AI news. I wanted to get some feedback on a couple of ways I've tried to stick to this line of advise. I've done the following: - Concentrated all AI updates and learning to only the last week of April, August, December. - Used a Functionality Framework that I update every 4 months as opposed to chasing every AI brand that claims supremacy on YouTube. My questions is though. Given that I'm doing the above, and that the community seems to have gone full-in with Claude Code -- what if another AI app comes along that's more powerful than Claude Code what should you do to stay focused? Certainly asking all this as a rookie/newbie and looking forward to feedback from the veterans and gurus. Liams Youtube Tutorial on Focusing
Smart entry point or wrong focus? (AI websites → AI ecosystem)
Starting by selling AI-built websites to small local businesses, then upselling AI automations (booking, follow-ups, workflows). Good entry strategy for getting first clients, or better to start with a single automation offer?

I’m not super-experienced by any means however I believe that AI-built websites can easily fit in as something you offer that is part of your “Standard” or “Premium” packages. It’s a technique called “productization” I imagine your “Basic” tier might include just the Audit call and one or two light services. Just my two cents 🙏🏾 hopefully some experienced ninjas here could chime in as well. …sorry, imho, “yes” it would be an awesome thing to get first clients.
My Plan to Automate 70% of My Business w/ Claude Code
Most business owners are still using AI as a chatbot. I'm using it as an operating system. Over the past few weeks, I've been building layered AI modules around my businesses using Claude Code — not as a coding tool, but as a full business harness I control from Telegram on my phone. The result is a system on track to automate 60–70% of my workload across content, my agency, education, and ventures. Watch the full breakdown here: https://youtu.be/O_VBdNrX0PM In the video, I walk through: - How I collapsed every data source into one queryable dashboard I check each morning - The daily brief that analyzes every call, message, and Slack thread while I sleep - Why stacking modules is what makes this compound — not any single automation I'm doing a live webinar where I'll walk you through how to set this up for yourself and give you my starter template. I get the sense it's coders that have the insight and capability into something like this right? @Liam Ottley ...or is there room for us non-technical folks to follow suite with the same move?
