A Sheepdog Always Protects The Flock
Rick Terry and Damon are the reason I don’t stay quiet about this stuff. 2 Brothers, in the span of 4 years.... Gone...By Choice. Losing them taught me something I hate knowing: the people who are hurting the most can look “fine,” laugh, show up, and still be drowning. And once they’re gone, you’d give anything to get one more chance to answer the call, to notice the shift, to say the thing that might’ve kept them here. So yeah—when it comes to Veterans (and honestly, anyone fighting that invisible war), I’m going to be loud. If you’re reading this and you’re struggling, please don’t do it alone. Veterans Crisis Line: Call 988 then Press 1 or text 838255 (24/7). (And if it’s an immediate emergency, call 911.) And if you’re not the one struggling: help me push this message farther than an algorithm ever will. #SuicideAwareness I do not care what time of day, night or in between it is, You call me, and I will be there. I do not care who you are, where you came from, I will be there. (386)-293-1401

You’re Not Behind. You’re Resetting
Most people don’t talk about this week. It’s not Christmas anymore. It’s not New Year yet. It’s the quiet hallway between who you were… and who you’re becoming. This is the week where: • Goals feel fuzzy • Motivation is soft • The grind hasn’t rebooted • And the noise is finally gone That’s not weakness. That’s clarity booting up. Before we sprint into 2026, I want to ask something simple: What is ONE thing from this year that you’re proud of — even if nobody else noticed it? No strategies. No numbers. Just something that mattered to you. I’ll start in the comments!

@Ian Terry Nice, can you share how you set the pay structure up for a knocker? We have thought about hiring someone just for this but cant seem to figure out a good pay incentive to attract someone good without totally going overboard. This all being aid we are very new into Pest, but have a few hundred weed and fert.
Welcome to all our new members!
Where are you all from? What is your focus in 2026?

Located in Eastern WA. Here to learn, we have been doing weed control and fertilizing for about 8 years but new to the pest control side of things.
