Well I’m in Vancouver, BC this week for the Chris Stapleton concert and to do an in-person training for a real estate office here as well. What’s up everyone! I’ve been thinking more and more about starting a private group here inside our community solely focused on AI. If this was created (there would be a cost to it) what kind of info would you find valuable? I already have a running list of what I think you would like to see but would like some confirmation. Throw it out there. What are you having issues with right now that you can see AI solving but you don’t have the working knowledge to put it to use?
