Persistence beats genius = HAPPY Belated World Compliment Day
Yesterday was World Compliment Day. And in true “in-the-moment” fashion, I only gave my ridiculously over-the-top (but completely true) compliments to the people I was physically on the phone with or standing next to. So if you were in my presence yesterday… you got the live version. The full-volume affirmation. The dramatic eye contact. The “I mean this with my soul” energy. But today, I’m expanding it. To the people in this group — especially those I’ll tag — I want you to know something very real: You have impacted my life. Not in a fluffy, social-media way. In a real way. You’ve sharpened my thinking. You’ve raised my standards. You’ve challenged my assumptions. You’ve reminded me what excellence actually looks like. Some of you are seasoned killers in this game. Some of you are brand new and still finding your footing. And I need to say this clearly: Persistence beats genius every time. Every. Single. Time. Raw talent is cute. Consistency is unstoppable. If you’re new and ever feel even the slightest whisper of imposter syndrome trying to rear its ugly little head — shut it down immediately. You belong in the room. You belong in this conversation. You belong building at this level. The only thing that separates “advanced” from “new” is reps and refusal to quit. That’s it. This group is filled with people who are building quietly, learning aggressively, executing imperfectly but persistently… and that matters more than brilliance. You’ve inspired me. You’ve encouraged me. You’ve made me better. So here’s your slightly belated, genuine compliment: You are further along than you think. You are more capable than you give yourself credit for. And if you just keep showing up, you will outrun people who are smarter but less committed. I’m grateful to build alongside you. Now go be persistent. That’s the real superpower. 💛 https://www.skool.com/marketers/marchs-fun-fake-holidays @Ian McIntosh Send the Tapes, Let's add it t omy cold outreach artist profile! it will KILL! March's Fun Fake Holidays
I grabbed this from Team Meltwater's Email. Couple of thoughts: 1. Are they too cheesy to be used as hooks and ice breakers in DM's?? 2. Please be warned I WILL l be shoveling on the most outlandish and corny compliments to as many as you as possible On March 1st :) I'm interested to see who plays along. 3. March 24th could be another good day for hangout session on Kloud TWO... any takers? - World Compliment Day | March 1 - National Day of Unplugging | March 6 - National Artichoke Day | March 16 - World Poetry Day | March 21 - National Cocktail Day | March 24 Punxsutawney Phil is officially in the "DOG HOUSE" Let's have fun and make it worth while until Spring :)

AI Voice Widget Pricing / Tech Question
Has anyone sold an AI Voice chat widget? And if so, how are you pricing it? The widget seems like a great choice as there is no need for a phone number, skipping a bunch of tech setup, but some people will want both the widget and phone number. And within 1x subaccount, you can set up AI voice phone number and AI voice widget connected to the same AI like chloe? Or you setup seperate AI employees for each service? If anyone has sold either as a package or the AI Voice Widget standalone be great to hear what people are charging! :-)

@Mr B if I understand you correctly, I'll share that I'm including it under a separate service for operational efficiency - basically I sell a different labeled product then just configure the AI voice as a solution within that "operational efficiency package". I understand not all people do that. A common price structure I see is, $1k set up and $297 per month for monitoring, maintenance, and quality assurance. That said, $297 ensures we don’t “set it and forget it.” That we maintain the bots and run a continual feedback loop — reviewing transcripts, monitoring containment and escalation patterns, and refining prompts based on real call data. All calls are recorded and logged (with appropriate disclosure), which allows us to identify friction points and improve performance based on what’s actually happening in production. That gives a customer a process that's proven predictable and stable under volume.

@Chris Wilson I've had good experience working with small to medium marketing agencies, and yes - the owner, totally agree there. They tend to understand what's needed and appreciate good support.

(START HERE - LONG READ... BUT WORTH IT!) Welcome to CEO Lab - Where We Actually Practice What We Preach Hey there, future Agency/SaaSpreneur legend... First off... THANK YOU for trusting us with your hard-earned cash. Whether you grabbed our "19 Bots for 19 Bucks" deal... (Still can't believe we're basically giving that away...) Or you snagged one of our other trainings... Charles and I are genuinely pumped to have you here. But I HAVE TO SAY THIS... We're NOT like most of the other "gurus" you've probably seen floating around the GHL space. You know the ones I'm talking about... The dudes who failed at building their own agencies... Got frustrated... Then pivoted to selling courses to OTHER GHL marketers about how to build agencies. (The irony is thick enough to cut with a knife.) Meanwhile... Charles and I have been out here ACTUALLY running successful agencies (Yes, plural) We're not teaching theory... We're sharing the EXACT systems we use every single day to print money with conversational AI. The same stuff that's allowed us to build and scale multiple 6 and 7-figure operations. So when we teach you something... It's because we've already proven it works in the real world. Not because we read about it in someone else's course. Here's How to Dominate with our training... Your products/courses are chilling in the "Classroom" tab... That's where all the good stuff lives. Your purchase(s) unlocks instantly... but if you grabbed multiple courses, give it 30-60 minutes for everything to populate. The "Calendar" tab is where you'll find our live events... (When we're hosting them) Trainings, webinars, random Q&A sessions... etc... Download the Skool app if you haven't already... Trust me, you'll want to learn on the go with this stuff and their app is buttery smooth. And keep your eyes peeled for announcements... Because as a member here, you get first dibs on ALL our new content... At prices that'll make you feel like you're robbing us.

@Lori Bell Hey Lori :) Indeed it is rare. Nice to meet you!
EACH ONE. TEACH ONE.
Hi All 👋 🤓 This week inside CEO Lab, something small happened that actually isn’t small at all. @Ian McIntosh shared a win with solid onboarding and MRR. Huge momentum moment. But the story didn’t stop there. @Kevin Eaton jumped in and shared something vulnerable; most people don't do that. You're awesome Kevin🫠. That could have ended there. Instead, the group showed up. We unpacked buyer psychology. We talked about anxious decision makers. We talked about burn stories. We talked about how enterprise buyers fear failure more than cost. Not theory. Real application. In a tech-laden society where everyone is building AI agencies, bots, automations, funnels, systems… it’s easy to feel isolated. Easy to question your pricing. Easy to shrink. Easy to overthink. But here’s what I’m reminded of: Wins are individual. Growth is collective. Ian’s sale wasn’t just Ian. Kevin’s acknowledgement of vulnerability wasn’t weakness. It was leadership. And the room responded. That’s the real value that just keeps giving. THANK YOU @Jeff Lopez @Charles Guerra Not the tactics. Not the tech stack. Not the feature set. The evergreen value is that we're not building alone. CEO Lab created this environment. Yes, we get the snapshots that save months on end; but my favorite part, a forum where people share wins, doubts, frameworks, pricing tension, and yes — even horror stories. We sharpen each other. Each one. Teach one. If you’re here because you're building in AI right now and trying to navigate this fast-moving landscape, don’t underestimate the power of community. We are here; everyday people still reaching for the stars. This week's conversations made an impact on me so I decided to put this out and to record a short video about why this group matters to me. Because it does. Tagging a few people who showed up in the other thread: @Ian McIntosh @Kevin Eaton @Charles Guerra @Jeff Lopez
