🌼 Let’s Build a Group Focus Wheel Together 🌼
Happy Friday Four Cubers!! 😀 Today’s center thought is simple—but powerful: ✨ “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” — Helen Keller ✨ ✨ I AM ENOUGH ✨ So many of us move through life feeling like we need to do more, prove more, or be more. But what if today… we practiced believing that who we are right now is already worthy? Let’s fill in the petals together. Drop one supporting thought in the comments that helps strengthen this belief. Examples: 🌿 I am doing the best I can 🌿 I am allowed to grow at my own pace 🌿 I am worthy of love and respect 🌿 I am proud of how far I’ve come 🌿 I am learning, not failing Science shows that repeated positive thoughts help rewire the brain through neuroplasticity, and your Reticular Activating System helps you notice more evidence of what you focus on. So today, let’s practice focusing on enoughness instead of lack. You do not need permission to believe in your own worth. What would your petal say?

Progress, not perfection. I am a work in progress.
✨ Wellness Wednesday ✨
“Surround yourself with people who make you want to become a better person.” — Unknown One of the most powerful things in life is finding people who help you become more yourself… not less. The right friend, community, or accountability person doesn’t just cheer you on when things are easy. They remind you who you are when you forget. They encourage your growth. They celebrate your wins. They sit with you through hard seasons. They help you stay aligned with the person you’re trying to become. And science actually supports this. Studies consistently show that people are far more likely to create lasting positive habits when they have support, encouragement, and accountability from others. Why? Because we grow best in connection. Sometimes accountability looks big. Sometimes it’s simply: “How are you doing today?” “I’m proud of you.” “Keep going.” If you have someone like that in your life… let them know today how much they matter. And if you’re still looking for your people…keep showing up authentically. ☀️The right community has a way of finding each other. 🌈 #4Cubed #CommunityMatters #Authenticity #GrowthTogether

I just want to give a shout out to my best friend, Brandi and her husband, Mike. Brandi has been my absolute rock. I recently went through a horrible breakup and became homeless. Of course Brandi not only opened up her home for me but her and Mike have really made me feel at home. I am now in a new city that I don't know and not in my own home. But they have done everything in their power to make the change easy on me. I will never be able to repay them for this but I do try to show them everyday that I am greatful and that I love them.
✨ Feel Good Friday ✨
“Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.” — William Arthur Ward Life gets busy.Things get hard. And sometimes we forget how much the people around us help carry us through. ❤️ The friend who checks in.The person who makes you laugh when you need it most. The coworker who helps without being asked. The family member who shows up.The community that reminds you you’re not alone. “It takes a village.” — African Proverb 🧠 Science fact:Studies show that strong social connections can lower stress, improve immune function, and even increase longevity. Feeling supported helps regulate the nervous system and boosts the brain’s release of oxytocin — sometimes called the “connection hormone.” 🌱 ✨ Friday Challenge:Give a quick shoutout, thank you, or tag to someone who makes your world a little brighter. Or simply comment:❤️ “Grateful for my village.” Let’s remind the good people in our lives that they matter. ⬇️

Thank you to my friend James. Although he is very sick, he helped me move when I had nobody. And he has made me laugh when all I really wanted to do is completely breakdown.
🎉 Trivia Tuesday 🎉
“There is nothing in a caterpillar that tells you it’s going to be a butterfly.” — R. Buckminster Fuller Did you know…? 🦋 A butterfly begins as a caterpillar that literally dissolves inside the cocoon before becoming something completely new. Transformation often looks messy before it looks beautiful. 🧠 Science fact:Your brain continues creating new neural connections throughout your life. This is called neuroplasticity — meaning change and growth are always possible, even when things feel stuck. ✨ Today’s Challenge:Instead of judging where you are…Honor the growth that’s happening quietly behind the scenes. 💬 Check-in:What’s one thing you’re learning to let go of as you grow?

“It is a happy talent to know how to play.” — Ralph Waldo Emerson 🧠 Tiny science fact:When we relax and play, the brain often shifts into a more creative state called “default mode,” where problem solving and new ideas can happen more naturally. ✨ Today’s challenge:Take a tiny “recess break.” For at least 5 minutes: 🌤 go outside 🦶 walk barefoot in the grass 🎵 dance to one song 🫖 sip something slowly ☁️ cloud watch 🐶 throw a ball for a dog Adult recess is underrated. 💬 If you could bring back one thing from childhood just for today, what would it be?
