Is this a test light? Or did you remove it for the restoration?
Challenge accepted!
This job, particularly the left headlight, was a good example/learning experience about needing to go lower in grit to completely remove the factory coating for me. It had a matte finish but I could still see the whole line at the top and some areas that didn’t sit right with me after 600 so I went down to 400 and sure enough it came completely off, glad I caught it!

Awesome!
Restoration Duration and Warranty ?
I know depending on the products used, you'll get a different outcome and duration of protection. But realistically, 1 year warranty ? 2 year warranty ? Anyone else in the blazing sun/south? roughly 230+ sunny days per year, 9+hrs/day in the summer. Solar panels everywhere, etc etc You get it what i'm saying. looking to kick off this side gig without shooting myself in the foot. Thank you.

3 years warranty. You will almost never get a callback, I never have.
Question for the group please..
hello everyone! I am brand new, I seen Andrew’s videos, and it appealed to me Becz I really could use extra cash! Who couldn’t right? I am really nervous Becz I’ve always worked for someone else/company, and doing something on my own is scarier than i thought, and even to do this as a side hustle seems a little intimidating.. how would i collect Payment, how would i get an app that would let someone pay with a CC’d, everything seems so complicated? Maybe I'm overthinking it, but I also don’t want any agencies chasing me down either.. anybody have a step by step way to start up that seems successful? I am a very detailed oriented person, so details matter to me.. thank you all in advance ! Take care

I would say focus on one thing at a time. There is a lot you can do to grow and scale, but just worry about one thing at a time, get good at it, then go on to the next thing. Here's what I did 1. Personal car 2. Family members cars for free 3. Close friends cars for cheap ($25) 4. Started posting ads on social media, month or so I charged $50 5. Once I felt confident I started charging $75 and did that for a few weeks 6. Started charging $100-$150 7. Set up a Google page 8. Website Now, I am working on getting into shops I wouldn't worry about things like credit card payment yet. First, do what's important: get confident at restoring lights. Be the best in your area. You can scale it from there. I've been at this for 8 months. Some people in this group have been at it for 10 years. It will take some time before you get the hang of it
