The Army was supposed to test my discipline, but I was constantly fighting my own brain, struggling with basic tasks and following orders. After leaving, I launched project after project, only for them to collapse. Anytime real results were close, I’d freeze from panic and anxiety. The Low Point My personal life was in shambles. I destroyed every meaningful relationship because I didn’t know how to listen, express myself, or make real progress. I was completely repressing my emotions. The "Aha" Moment Everything shifted when I met my fiancée. She helped me realize how much I was holding back. I read Atomic Habits and started researching my ADHD. That’s when it hit me: I needed to stop forcing my brain into a neurotypical mold and build a system that works with it. The Result Once I built a system around my wiring, the self-sabotage stopped: - Rebuilt my mindset and relationships. - Took my band from zero to playing in Europe within months. - Now I travel back and forth to Europe living a totally new life.
