Questions
Hey Everybody, I was wondering after the breathwork journey about this: My hands started hurting so bad and cramping that I had to stop for some time? How can one avoid that? And also I found that even though I feel great after the breathwork journey, the patterns I wanted to release seem to come up immediately afterwards again. And something in my mind is like yeah well this is nice but doesnt do longlasting effects. How do you see that?

Forbes nailed it… everything is a process that youre pushing through, mentally and with the tetany, some times physically. I had locked up for over 10 mins on my second journey. I find down relgulating the breath helps get you out of it but the less you resist the easier it is to be the observer as oppose to the victim of the situation, phyiscally, as well as mentally. Take note of the patterns and bring the intention into the next journey recognizing the patterns. Shining light on these patterns will break them over time.

Getting back in the groove...
Hello fellow BMCs and BMCs to be, Just wanted to give you an update on what's happening with me as I used to be quite active in this forum and then suddenly dropped out of sight. (No reflection on you) After I graduated as a BMC and 9D verified facilitator in June, all of the hectic learning stuff stopped and I ended up in a vacuum with no clue as to what I had to do or where I wanted to go. I even stopped doing breathwork for a couple of months, starting to doubt the path I had placed myself on over 3 years ago. Imposter syndrome also kicked in (certainly didn't help) and it took a lot of soul searching to come to the place where I'm at today. So, here's where I am. Guiding journeys via both Zoom and in person gave me some of the best feelings I've ever had so I will continue that. I've arranged for Breathwork Wednesdays so that every week I dedicate one day to spreading this "medicine". Wednesdays are free so that more people can join and I can do what I love to do (which keeps me in practice). If you'd like to join me you can sign up here https://bm.breathmaster.solutions/free Upcoming Wednesday (Nov 15) I'll be guiding the 9D Abundance journey at both 8 am and 2 pm (Bali GMT + 8) Looking forward to seeing you there. Let's breath together and make the world a better place. Emile p.s. I wil be more active in this forum

Breathwork & Cluster Headaches…
Just met a new colleague on a project I'm working on and he suffers from cluster headaches. He uses pure oxygen straight from the tank to ease the pain and i thought it was quite fascinating. Has anyone worked with clients suffering from cluster headaches or other migraine symptoms and found any of the breathing techniques to be of help?

Announcement: Breathwork Journey for Grief & Loss Nov 10th ❤️
Hey Breath Fam - This journey will be guided my dear friend and Breath Masters collaborator @Mona Bitar on Nov 10th at 5pm Bali time. Can register here: https://integrated-whole-health-and-fitness-consultancy-fz-llc-98906.zbni.co/u/sYUll The community has been begging for a journey on this theme since we launched the school. The only reason I didn't create it myself is because it's been so long since I've grieved a loved one, I lacked the much needed emotional connection to draw from. Funny how the universe works, I just found out that one of my friends and clients passed a few days ago unexpectedly. Suffice it to say I'll definitely be joining this session myself 🥺❤️ Hope to see some of you there x Brian Here's a message from Mona: "In dire times you can lose joy, but you can NOT lose hope. Hope is your guide” With the world in such dire despair & anguish, it feels like we could all do with a powerful breathwork session for a cause. Breathing BEYOND Grief & Loss is a Transformational Breathwork Journey designed to give you the tools necessary to move beyond the pain of grief, loss & change in life. Through conscious connected breathing, journaling & integration, we will tap into unprocessed grief by starting at the conscious level. We will be kicking off with intention setting & journaling to connect with the parts of ourselves that we may have been avoiding. We will then take a deep dive into our inner world with a Transformational Breathwork Journey intricately designed to integrate & move through grief & loss at the subconscious & cellular level. In this 2.5 hour session, we will be giving ourselves full permission to feel, express & release grief & finally be able to complete any unfinished cycles of grief & loss you may have been suppressing so that you can come to experience a new sense of freedom & empowerment moving forward from the past & truly embracing the present!
