Excellent week This week got a new 5k PB 21m 37s not just the PB but felt strong through the race except the 3km lol π€£ That was tough legs felt like lead But just goes to show I started running seriously in 2022 and was struggling to get a 5km in under 40m and now I am so close to my goal of a Sub 20m just got to keep up my consistency and hard work πππππ
Hi everyone, I have a question about strength training if anyone can answer⦠Is it better to do full body strength 2-3 times a week or do a push/pull/leg throughout the week?
I Tend to do splits eg. Leg day / push pull day but sometimes if I know I can only get to the gym once a week I will do a full body workout. Not a big fan of the gym to be honest I do a lot of Yoga and Resistance band work at home as well
Just done a lovely 5 miler but muggy out but lovely breeze out nice running weather proberly do a gym session tomorrow getting my body ready for marathon training in December still in a bit of disbelief I got into London next year πππππ
