Why this matters If your inputs are clear, your outcomes stop being “mystery.” We’re going to turn your goal into daily, controllable actions. 3-Step Pipeline Math (fast) 1) Set the Target - Monthly revenue goal = R - Average deal size = D - Required wins this month = R ÷ D 2) Convert to Conversations - Close rate = C% (wins per qualified call) - Required qualified calls = (R ÷ D) ÷ (C ÷ 100) 3) Convert to Daily Actions - Show-up rate from outreach to qualified call = S% - Daily new outreach = (Required qualified calls ÷ workdays) ÷ (S ÷ 100) Example (swap with your numbers):R = $20,000, D = $2,000 ⇒ 10 wins/month.C = 25% ⇒ 40 qualified calls/month.20 workdays ⇒ 2 qualified calls/day.S = 10% ⇒ ~20 new outreaches/day. Write your numbers in your journal and pin them in Skool.
