3-Step Pipeline Math (fast)
1) Set the Target
  • Monthly revenue goal = R
  • Average deal size = D
  • Required wins this month = R ÷ D
2) Convert to Conversations
  • Close rate = C% (wins per qualified call)
  • Required qualified calls = (R ÷ D) ÷ (C ÷ 100)
3) Convert to Daily Actions
  • Show-up rate from outreach to qualified call = S%
  • Daily new outreach = (Required qualified calls ÷ workdays) ÷ (S ÷ 100)
Example (swap with your numbers):R = $20,000, D = $2,000 ⇒ 10 wins/month.C = 25% ⇒ 40 qualified calls/month.20 workdays ⇒ 2 qualified calls/day.S = 10% ⇒ ~20 new outreaches/day.
