Please let me know which resonates the most with you all, or if there are elements of different ones that make sense and need to be synthesized. The colors are meant to tie to the name. The reason for the name “The Braveheart Company” is tied to two things: my last name, Akinade, and the principles I always wanted to embody personally. My last name can be understood as the Crown of the Brave Warrior.

Hey all, I created this nifty tool I thought I would share with the group. Where/When I plan to use this tool: Upon receiving a CIM, quickly scan for any immediate red flags/deal killers. If it is something I want to take a closer look at, I can plug in the info provided into this sheet, which gives me a clearer picture of performance, debt service scenarios, a space for rough addback adjustments, and broad brushstrokes SDE recast to help analyze how appeal the opportunity is. Second sheet is just a bare bones checklist of Ops questions to help further assess it it's a good fit. Please feel free to give feedback - recommend additions/subtractions.
