Does anyone have experience with applying the "4U" with clients?
In this article , @John Vetan shared more about the 4U framework https://sprintforward.designsprint.academy/p/the-4u-framework But, what I'm very curious to know is if you have used it in a workshop with your clients? And if so, in what specific context? We are now rolling it out as part of our Innovation Hackathon formula, where we get together with key-stakeholders and prioritize challenges to address during the innovation days. What is your experience with it?

Surprisingly :D I just read about this method in your last newsletter and would also be corious about other's experience ๐Ÿค—
Where are you based?
Greetings everyone! ๐Ÿ‘‹ I'm very curious in learning about the locations of the people in the community. Perhaps you'll also discover that there are more members from your area than you previously thought! (and even we may summarise the outcome in a visual, how cool would that be :-) )

Workshops to solve problems or find problems?
What type of workshops do you find yourselves doing the most? Is it problem solving when you have a clear problem in hand and you need to guide a group to a solution, OR is problem finding when it is more about discovery /aligning a group of people around what problem to solve? Which one do you prefer?

I not only prefer a problem finding workshop, I also doing such workshops the most --> I'm too often face the issue, that departments/decision maker come up with solutions without knowing anything about the problem ... Such a problem finding workshop is then (everytime) a big surprise and eyeopener ๐Ÿ’ช
Team presentation dynamic
Hi! Next week I will start working with a company, facilitating OKR. They are a group of 30 people (managers and middle managers) and I would like to do some activity for us to get to know each other. What dou you recommend? Thank you! ๐Ÿ’›

You should not forget that you have 30 people, which is quite a lot. So depending on how much time you plan for your "get-to-know-each-other" activities, what I'm always using, when facing a lot of people, I use two options to chose from (Star Wars or Star Trek, Pizza or Steak, sun bathing or skiing, etc.) and they have to chose ... it is similar to the suggestions above, but doesn't consume so much time ;)
Hey all โœŒ๏ธ
Hi, my name is Christoph, Iโ€™m from Vienna, Austria ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡น and currently live in Bavaria, Germany ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช. I work as Process Consultant for a small Consulting company. I'm also part time freelancer to coach, consult and support people with the topics of (subject-oriented) Business Process Management, Hyperautomation and Design Sprint. Additionally, I'm hosting the Vodcast ๐ŸŽ™๏ธ "Auf einen Melange mit dem Process Wizard" โ˜•. I bring these things to the community: I modified the Design Sprint Week a little bit and created the Process Sprint Week, which is perfect for process improvement projects. I want to get these things from the community: Mainly exchange of experience, meeting new people and a lot of fun ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™‚๏ธ. For fun, I really like to read books and managed to read 200 books in 2021 ๐Ÿ“š ๐Ÿ˜œ

I'm the Austrian process wizard, who uses the design sprint for process improvement projects. Besides that, I love sports, books, chess and meditation
