Bio: Hello from BC Canada. Ever since i hit menopause a couple of years ago i have a hard time loosing the extra 20LBS that i have gained.

Bio: I am 63 years old, a Registered Nurse, continues to work part time after retiring in 2019. I need to carve out some time for me!! 4 kids/ 5 grandkids

Bio: I'm 70 just moved from PA, US to Jersey Shore, just retired, empty nester and want to get back to looking good and 20 less lbs!
