@Gregorio Hildebrand Your approach to routing, isolated project context, and persistent state caught my attention. I’m working through similar questions around maintaining operational continuity in multi-agent systems without allowing context to become uncontrolled. What became the hardest architectural problem once you moved beyond a small number of agents?

@Alex Brown Your separation between coordinator, worker, scout, and verification caught my attention. I’ve been comparing different approaches to role separation and context control in agentic operations. I’m curious what drove you toward that topology rather than allowing a single agent to move across multiple operating roles through specialized folders and directives?

@Pat Kelly aka Kelman Your post made me stop at FFmpeg. I was introduced to it a couple of months ago while setting up my ICM/VS Code development environment here in Clief Notes, and then my Vibe Film instructor brought FFmpeg up again in class last week. I’m now realizing why these worlds keep intersecting. I run Inventive Marketing AI and am expanding into IMAI Publications / Media, while learning AI filmmaking more deeply. We’re beginning to think beyond generating clips into repeatable cinematic workflows, recurring characters, real-world storytelling, and eventually packaging those systems commercially. Your combination of actual film/distribution experience and systems work is particularly interesting to me. Of everything you learned building programmatic video workflows, what became more important once you moved from “the automation works” to “the finished video actually works for an audience”?

@Simon Gonzalez De Cruz Kinocut caught my attention because I’m increasingly interested in the boundary between giving an AI agent production capability and giving it unrestricted creative control. I’m applying ICM to an emerging AI-film/media workflow through IMAI Publications / Media, and one issue I’m already seeing is that generative systems can maintain continuity while maintaining the wrong detail. So I’m becoming much more interested in controlled production rules, validation and preflight rather than simply stronger prompts. When Kinocut performs its preflight checks, are you mainly validating the technical edit/output, or are you also moving toward checks for creative continuity and scene-level consistency?

@Curtis Hays Your point about where the person’s identity shows up inside the build is what stood out to me. I’m developing an AI executive/concierge system through IMAI, and one of the bigger questions for me has been how to preserve identity, operating context, business rules, and client state as the system expands across multiple agents and workflows. I also noticed you’re using an orchestrator with named AI specialists and an MCP layer for client context. I’d be interested in hearing how you distinguish persistent client context from task-specific context so the agents stay consistent without carrying unnecessary state everywhere.

@Mark Garza I’m working on a similar intersection of ICM, voice/agent systems, and client deployment through Inventive Marketing AI. We’re building Alisha as an AI executive/concierge layer rather than a standalone chatbot, so orchestration and context integrity have become increasingly important. I’m curious about your dedicated-agent-node approach: are you primarily isolating them by client for context/security reasons, or does that architecture also give you operational advantages for maintenance and scaling?

The biggest insight for me was that prompting is really memory engineering. Traditional computers separate code and data, but AI systems flatten everything into context. That means reliability comes from how we structure and retrieve knowledge, not just from the model itself. The Mad Libs analogy helped me see that prompting is programming at a higher abstraction layer, where we're filling structured slots with context instead of writing instructions directly to a machine. It also reinforced why our IMAI architecture separates governance, workspace knowledge, and execution layers, because AI memory works as a hierarchy rather than a single storage location.

🏁 Foundations 2.5 Check-In
This one breaks down orchestration. Vote below, then pick one AI tool you actually use and tell us in the comments: can you identify which part is the model and which part is the routing layer around it?

After going deeper into the 60/30/10 material, 2.5 landed differently for me. The lesson wasn't really about OpenClaw. It was about understanding where the value actually lives. I've been building systems in VS Code for a while, but I was thinking mostly in terms of organization. This helped me realize I'm really building orchestration: governance, workflows, routing, handoffs, and decision structures. The AI is important, but the system around it is what makes it reliable and scalable.
