This community has been absolutely incredible. Coach are super knowledgeable and approachable. There’s so much information and even topics that aren’t typically covered when discussing health and fitness. 
The community itself is full of supportive and helpful people, even though it via the internet there’s a sense of belonging, acceptance and encouragement for you to meet your goals. So glad I joined and grateful for the people I’ve met thus far!
