Baseline run
This is my typical baseline run I do 3x a week to make sure I maintain. I’ll usually hit my long run on Sunday mornings. I think I need to trade one of these baseline runs out for some speed intervals to better my pace. Hoping to begin that after this event is over. Open to recommendations or input. Max hr was 161. Felt easy today

I am currently training for an Olympic Triathlon and looking to work towards a Half Ironman next. Looking to stay in shape, have fun, be healthy, and have a goal in sight at all times. I would say that I am a consistent runner and disciplined in doing the act but sometimes lack a regiment for each run to progress me towards my current goals and splits. I find this group will push in those aspects and have a group of like mindedness as it does seem hard to find people that enjoy running these days.
