Bio: Coach Austin 💪 “Training Tall"

Bio: Hi I've been rowing a few years, but not much in the last 12 months. I have a C2 and want to get more use out of it!

Bio: I have rowed on and off since 2007. Looking to get myself back to a healthy weight after the last few years spent not focusing enough on exercise.

Bio: One day at a time. Feeling good to be alive.

Bio: Crushed my goal 10M lifetime meters rowed on my C2 before I turned 59 in March! Now on to 15M!
