Hello all. Finished my first Carrd. This was a first for me and I was on the STRUGGLE BUS trying to figure out how to do most of it BUT I preserved..... after a few days! 🤪This is my first draft and I welcome feedback as I have a lot to learn. We are trying unfurnished first as we do not have the budget currently to furnish. The house is unique in that it is technically a 4BR 2.5 bath house but has a converted garage that is additional space that could be used as just storage or a makeshift gym. It also has 2 different flex spaces which would be great for an additional bedroom, or kid play space or an office ( 1 upstairs on the 3rd floor and one on the 2nd ). House is in an established family neighborhood but unfortunately, no pool but also no HOA ( which is a bonus 😁 ). We are a 20-25 minute drive from Raleigh and all its activities. We will be putting up blinds no matter what and will communicate that when we are contacted but these pics were taken ahead of possible sale before we decided to pivot so we didn't have blinds up at that time. We have completely remodeled this home so these families will be getting essentially a new house to move into. Can't wait to take the next steps. Thanks for your help everyone.

I completed the IMTR blueprint and did my market analysis but really unsure about mine because it is unfurnished. Getting a ballpark on how much furnished are getting would be helpful. I know regions can vary. Thanks
