5/30 Morning Roll Call
“Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.” Mark 1:35 Before the crowds.Before the pressure.Before the responsibilities.Jesus met with the Father. The morning sets the trajectory for the day. Wake up dark and early. Move your body. Hydrate. Get alone with God. Read Scripture. Pray. Reflect. Listen. Journal Remember who you are before the world tells you who you need to be. Train your body. Sharpen your mind. Prepare your spirit. Lead yourself before you attempt to lead anyone else. Then step into the day. Pursue the 5 F’s: Faith, Family, Fitness, Finance, Fun Not for perfection. For awareness. At the end of the day, check your aim. Where were you aligned? Where did you drift? What needs to be re-aimed tomorrow? Presence before performance.

0900 wake up. H20 electrolytes and caffeine. Heading to hunting land to drop off my brush cutter. Maybe doing a little work but will be a hot one!

Got some work done at the land. Looks like I didn't get drawn for elk tags in both Wyoming and Colorado!! Will have to look to see if there are surplus tags in CO at a later date!! Do you know @Matthew Bagge? Might have to focus on archery here in MN and ND too this September!! The grind never stops!!

4am WU, Coffee and biscuits with the Dogs. Scripture and Journal Arms day today. Got plenty of rest last night, back feeling stronger! Hoping to get some PRs next week! Super excited I got this Muscle up! I have to practice more but this was the first one without bands!

Up at 0600. Got ready. Played with the 2 youngest briefly. Work at 0700. On feet most of day. H20 with electrolytes. Likely needing some caffeine today too
5/18 fitness check in.
Small wins stacked over time. Spend time with Savannah this morning and tonight. Played with the dogs. Got forward progress with Bagged and Tagged in SKOOL! Also got our taxes ready to send to our tax guy. Should be getting a nice return. Had a PR on bench today! Little nervous about going any higher without a spotter. Possibly when the rec opens up.
