It's always been on my radar just haven't pulled the trigger. Anxious to learn and move forward. While here I would love to learn: - How to analyze a park - What makes a good location for a park - I see lots in the South where I'm originally from but not sure if they are money makers - Most importantly - Financing with limited funds #ImNotACat
