PAID WORKHOPS 💰
I have a small community of new AI agency owners, and I'm looking for someone who would like to give PAID workshops every month to the community in Zoom. I'm a sales & marketing person, so I'm looking for someone to tech and give coaching workshops about the more technical things, like building your first chatbot / voice agents / micro SaaS etc. This would be on a monthly paid retainer. Send me a message and lets talk more. Thank you!

I SIGNED MY FIRST CLIENT
At least that’s what you’re going to be saying after I tell you this story: Yesterday, I was on a call with a prospect. We were going through the usual conversation—talking about his business, his goals, and the challenges he was facing. But then, I asked him a question that changed the entire tone of the call. I said, “If nothing changes for the next six months, how will that affect not just your business, but your family and the life you’ve been trying to build?” There was silence on the other end of the line. And then, I heard his voice crack. He started tearing up. It wasn’t because I had said anything groundbreaking—it was because, for the first time in a long time, someone truly cared enough to ask. He was shocked. He said, “I’ve talked to so many people, but no one’s ever asked me that. No one’s ever cared this much about my business or my family.” That moment wasn’t about closing a deal or pitching my services. It was about connection. It was about showing him that I wasn’t just another person trying to sell something— I was someone who genuinely cared about helping him succeed, not just in his business, but in his life. And you know what happened? He didn’t hesitate. He said, “Where do I sign? Let’s do this.” The lesson here is simple: People don’t buy from you because you have the best product or the slickest pitch. They buy because they feel understood. They buy because they know you care. So, the next time you’re on a call, stop trying to sell. Instead, dig deep. Ask the questions that matter. Show them that their success is personal to you. That’s how you win clients—and their trust—for life.

Hola Cody👋
Finding clients on LinkedIn?
LinkedIn is really good for finding your ICP, regardless of industry. I recently started on there and am trying to post consistently. My ICP is real estate brokers. How many of you are using this to find clients for your agency? What do you find is working to convert these people? Any tips?

@Eduard Louis I’ve drafted a few outreach automations that are awaiting to be sent. I’m wondering how active my ICP is on LinkedIn. I just sent you a connection request.
