I like the idea of d4d and sticking notes on doors. Postcards, to me, seem really expensive for one target

we use Xleads to compile various lists and send texts or emails out in batches. Most either don't respond or respond negatively. Is it more just trying to be more specific with targeting and just understanding that a lot of messages will have to go out before good leads come in? Our money budget isn't huge, but we do have time.
