Gunting (meaning “to scissor”) focuses on intercepting and destroying your opponent’s attack as it comes in, using precise timing, live hand deflections, and blade positioning. This is an essential skill for developing control, awareness, and flow within knife work. This course is FREE for all members who have earned Level 2 in our community. Yeah that should be the foundation for any eskrima class. I'm currently practicing Hema at the moment. ( Concentrateing heavily on German lange messer) So it's been a while since I swung my sticks around.

Look forward to it. Haven't trained eskrima properly in a decade. I think I remember most of my stick and panantukan, my knife and dumog need a lot of refreshing.
