Hi everyone! here’s a 3 tier wedding cake made for my daughters friend in Cyprus. Never made a wedding cake before.😱I like to throw myself in the deep end 😂. The 2 top tiers are a dummy cake and the bottom tier is a raspberry and lemon sponge, with lemon buttercream, and raspberry jam. Covered in white chocolate ganache and then covered with fondant. Made sugar roses, peony buds and lots of foliage. Honestly this was very challenging, the heat and humidity really tested my patience, I had to make the ganache with water as the double cream was a nightmare to work with.its was a great learning experience and learning from my mistakes. Iyla is obsessed with tractors so that is what I have done. The farm animals are little sparse as I ran out of time to do more. I was doing a horse but that crumbled! Started another but no time to finish as family birthday get together in a couple of hours. See the report on Marshmallow Fondant as the fondant on this cake is the fondant I made. Because I have been doing more with Christina I have had the confidence to do the tractor from modelling paste and the animals instead of getting them from online. (Mind you less stress doing online🤣) but the satisfaction to achieve this. It is not perfect but my 2 year old will not know😜.

I had a great day with Cassie brown learning loads. Cassie is so lovely and we had so much fun! I managed to airbrush a lovely sunset and mountains on a cake with a water splat top (which could be better but I am happy for first time). I also airbrushed some cakes with a rainbow effect. I absolutely loved my day airbrushing. 💕💕🤗🤗
