I live in Monument, Colorado, owner of a land-based business called Monument Glamping. We have 8 units in full operation with a permit for 12. I own a second property with a permit for 24 (no units yet...working on infastructure). Hello, Land League!
Here's my intro. I own and operate Monument Glamping in Colorado. Love it! What started as popping a tent in my backyard and renting it on Airbnb has led to two properties and permits for 36 units. I'm still developing with 8 units and roughly a quarter-million in revenue. TONS of opportunities come across my desk regarding land acquisition, which is why I joined this group. There is also a TON of details to go through! So even though I'm seven years into my niche land development journey, I'm still learning so much as I grow.
