Good system - especially with multiple users. I'm just me myself and I, so I have a simpler system. I have my main OS drive (just for the apps/software), then an M.2 SSD for the files I'm working on (to get the fastest HDD speeds), then a second M.2 SSD drive as a "scratch drive", as the apps I use create a lot of temp files (especially photoshop). I then have an internal large capacity drive to put all the files that are "archived". I use Backblaze with a 1 year file recovery ability, and honestly, the internet is so fast now, it is actually backs up my files faster than moving it from my SSD's to my large capacity internal storage, lol. I used to have a second physical backup locally but now that files are backed up instantly and faster than a local drive - it has become redundant IMO. If I do go offsite, I still have access to all my files remotely.
