My very first question to any prospect is, "Can you take on more appointments?" if the answer is no, I do not waste any time trying to convince them that they need automation and move on to the next. What ever they are doing is working and there are others that need my help.. If they say "Yes" they can take more appointments I ask how many more per week they can take. Once they give me an answer my next question is... How much on average do you make if your appointment turns into a sale? (What I am trying to do is get an idea of how much revenue I can add to them weekly, this will also give me an idea of their budget) Lets say to keep numbers simple, they tell me they can take on 25 new appointments per week and each sale is worth $500. My next question is..."Lets say you had 25 more appointments a week, or 100 for the month, on average how many would you say you turn into sales? This is where people like to toot their own horn and tell me the close about 40% percent of their appointments. Then I ask so if you had 100 more appointments you would make roughly 40 sales? They say "Yes" Then I say to them, based on your numbers if you had 100 more appointments in a month and closed 40 of them, this would add about $20,000 per month in revenue right? They say "Yes" Now I have their attention... My next question is to pre qualify them for Database reactivation. I ask "How long have you been in business"...If they tell me its been less than a year, I will usually tell them they do not qualify and go on to the next business. (I need them to have a current existing database of about 1,000 leads. This could be cold leads, warm leads, previous customers, doesnt matter, I just need them to own the list) Then I ask them directly, How many people do you have in your database? If they tell me over 1000, then I give them my pitch. Oh awesome, I can help you get that 40 appointments per month, without having to spend a dime on ad spend.
