Nail Art
Here is a video of my nail art for school. I just finished my second month. Super excited. I’m not great at drawing so some are stickers, and foil. I’m definitely practicing tho

This is suchhhhh a valuable thing you're doing! You're not only learning about drawing, you're learning about your products, tools and how pressure on your brushes achieve different outcomes. Well done babe!
Gel Ombré #1
Here is a quick gel ombré tutorial to help you get started 🫶 I am planning on doing a full series of this and adding it to the classroom, but unfortunately a few things have come up that I need to sort out first. I didn’t want to leave you hanging though, so here is a quick first demonstration. Trust me. Do it. It sounds like a hassle because of all the things you need, I put off doing it for years before I actually tried it for the first time and it changed my life 😂. Ombre’s are a lot faster, and better blended for me now because of this. I will be making more parts, using other tools, making the blend richer, and blending multiple colours 🫶

I utilise this technique also and it truly is about patience and building those layers up 🥹🤍
Glue
What product have yall found that works best to keep full coverage tips on? Some clients want the full coverage tips with no acrylic overlay

There are a few products and many brands out there. Some brands will actually use a very thick gel (similar to 3D gel) that allows you max control at applying your full cover tips. I personally prefer an application with a brush and thick builder gel consistency.
Final decision on affiliate links 👩‍⚖️
We're making a small change that reflects a much bigger vision for this community. 🌻 After listening to your feedback, I’ve made a decision on affiliate links in the space. We're building a central Products Library inside the Classroom! 🥳. A permanent resource where members can find Safety Data Sheets, technical information, educational resources, community reviews and, where appropriate, trusted purchase links. If a member would like their affiliate link featured alongside a brand, they'll need to provide the relevant Safety Data Sheets so we can ensure the products in our resource library meet the safe, professional standards we're trying to promote. This isn't about limiting recommendations. We want you sharing your favourite products, experiences and honest opinions. It's simply about keeping promotional content organised and making sure our permanent resources are built on evidence, not just marketing. Most importantly, we want to reward members for helping build this community, not for turning it into a marketplace. That's why we offer an $8 USD/month recurring referral commission for every member you invite who remains subscribed. If you believe in what we're building, share it with other nail techs. As the community grows, so does your recurring income. We believe that's a healthier incentive than turning discussions into sales opportunities. Not every decision will suit everyone, and that's okay. My responsibility is to make decisions that protect the long-term value of this community, even if they aren't always the most permissive. The goal has always been the same: to build a place where nail techs can learn, contribute, and trust the information they find. I believe this approach helps us get there. 🌻 If you have an affiliate link you’d like to share, please send me a direct message and we’ll take it from there 🫶

This sounds so valuable 🙌👏 Like you've highlighted, affiliate links and helpful resources will get lost in everyone's bios. Atleast this is a way for it all to be in one spot 🤍 If I wish to share a brand I love, what type of SDS sheets do you want? Every product I use, the ones I want to recommend or...?
