Hello all! I'm Chey (they/them) and I'm a Nurse in the UK currently working as an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager at an Integrated Care Board (and across its' Integrated Care System). My work convenes professionals from across Health and Social Care, Local Authorities, wider Emergency Services, Voluntary / Charity / Social Enterprise and even more! I spend lots of time helping people explore their privilege, remove their "colour-blindness" and understand their place in a flawed System so that they can help build it back, but better :)
