Bio: Married to my high school sweetheart and having raised five kids, I am now retired and enjoy traveling, discovering bookstore and being a grandparent.

Bio: I’m 3 years on Dr Boz Keto, this last year has been hard & I’m not as consistent. Lupus & other autoimmune conditions are flaring.
