Rep ranges for different goals?
I noticed the target rep range for the back and shoulders workout from weeks 1-4 was 12-15 reps. If my goal is more injury prevention instead of strength building. Does my rep range/weight range need to change?

Hello! I'm Cherk. Living in Richmond, CA and working as an Engineer in the EV industry, so that means a mix of being in front of the computer or working on things in the lab. Fitness-wise, I’m an avid jiu jitsu practitioner and my primary goal is focused on recovery to stay on the mats. Secondarily, I’d like to build strength for jiu jitsu as well. Favorite food is Mexican food right now, but can change with my mood. Favorite hobbies are jiu jitsu and playing the guitar depending on how much physical activity I’m craving.
