Sold my second property in PA for $9,000 Seller's Finance. Happy I was able to sell before the HOA bill was sent out. The down payment will cover HOA fee for the year and annual taxes. Now looking for a different area with no HOA fees to purchase more land. If anyone has any suggestion, please let me know. I would like to keep my carrying costs low.
