I just finished editing my first ads and thought I’d post them here for feedback. It’s crazy because I’m not shy at all but this was really hard for some reason. I’m not the type that likes being in front of the camera so this was way outside of my comfort zone. I messed up at the end of one of them and left like that on purpose. Thought I’d just give it a try. Anyway, I’m open to feedback. Gonna run these and see what happens while working on some more refined creatives.

What are your thoughts on targeting a very small area at a time like a specific neighborhood or subdivision? My thought is to create a different intro to my ad that I film in that neighborhood so they'll recognize it then the rest of the ad would be the same for everyone. Basically instead of calling out a city in the beginning it would be neighbor hood specific. I have several neighborhoods in my area that have thousands of houses in each one.
