🥹 One Last Keptie Roundtable… Let’s Make It Count! ❤️
Ladies, this Wednesday, November 4th, we’re gathering for our FINAL Keptie Roundtable, and I have to admit, this one is a little bittersweet for me. For the past year, the Roundtable has given us a place to come together, share our journeys, celebrate wins, ask questions, and strengthen our Keptie Lens. And one of my favorite parts has been watching you ladies grow. Hearing how you’re applying the lessons, seeing the shifts in your thinking, and witnessing you encourage one another. Those moments mean more to me than you know. ❤️ As the Keptie Academy™ transitions into our FREE home base for the Keptiverse, we’re saying goodbye to some of our familiar experiences to make room for what’s next. But before we close this chapter, I want one more opportunity to pour into you ladies! So tell me… What questions have you been wanting to ask me? About the coursework? Your Keptie Lens? Something happening in your love journey? Or even what’s next for the Keptiverse? Girl, I’m an open book! 😂 I’d genuinely love to see as many of you as possible in the room. Come share your wins, ask your questions, encourage another Keptie, or simply enjoy being together one more time in this setting. 📅 Wednesday, November 4th | 11 AM CST And if you can’t attend live, please drop your questions below. I’ll answer them during our time together so your voice can still be part of this final gathering. The Roundtable may be ending, but our commitment to developing your Keptie Lens and cultivating an environment of KEPTivity isn’t. I’m grateful for every woman who has pulled up a seat at this table over the past year. Now let’s fill the room one last time. 🗝️❤️ Keep it kept! D’IONNA

My question involves the Keptie Lens. In this current moment, I am not looking to be kept by a man. I haven’t even gotten passed getting divorced; however, when I initially became aware of the truth about the life I was living and relationship I was in, I felt immediately that I would remarry at some point. I had the thought that I wouldn't allow that experience to taint the idea of partnership for me. Now that I’m in the space that I refer to as The Aftermath, I don’t have that same clarity. Often times I find myself thinking I’m not sure if I want to marry again because there’s still a part of my mind that associates being a wife with slavery. Although my experience didn’t start out that way, as my soon to be ex-husband became more successful and I lost my career due to health reasons, the tide slowly changed. Now, I am aware that I’m healing from psychological, emotional and financial abuse to say the least bc that doesn’t list them all, but what I’m saying is there is still a part of me somewhere that feels marriage is a fairytale and doesn’t quite live up to what it’s supposed to be in real life. This isn’t a question, but I’d love to hear your take on this. I know there’s an opportunity for healing in this for me.
