10sec peak power
Anyone up for capturing 3 attempts to establish a 10sec peak power (wattage) on the C2 bike? I messed with it today, damper 10 and got 1113, 1155, 1355 (200# on the dot this morning) Interested in male / female scores - even better if you include BW so I can get a watts/kg read. I’ll report all the data back here.

@Kyle Ruth Definitely appreciate taking weight into consideration! Curious to know if people are hitting their peak power in the 1st 5s or the 2nd 5s. I know some athletes can take a few strides in sprinting to hit peak speed. Wonder if that correlates to size as well.

@Kyle Ruth Do you think there's correlation between power output session to session and physical preparedness? I know in weightlifting you can use VBT to gauge CNS and/or muscular fatigue and adjust load to hit the target velocities. I started thinking about this because I had poor sleep last night due to the twins and had a hard time getting my wattage up today.
Anyone up for an experiment?
I have created an algorithm that can predict your "max sustainable pace" for sport-specific movements (like RMU, burpees, box jump overs, light TnG power snatches, etc). I'm really excited about the prospects of this... but I need to gather data. The tests are simple, Day-1 - 1min max rep of the movement Day-3 - 5min max rep of the movement For example Monday - 1min max reps RMU Wednesday - 5min max reps RMU These need to be done in a low-fatigue environment so before metcons / etc within training. All I need are those two data points and I can provide you with some really cool data that you can use inside training and competition. The movement selection doesn't matter as I am (fairly) confident that the formula I've come up with will predict sustainable rep-rates regardless of the movement. If anyone is interested in participating... let me know (1) what you're planning to test, and then (2) just upload your results directly here.

Not sure if you're still collecting data for this. I'm good for SHSPU and Bar Facing Burpees. Curious how the formula accounts for aerobic vs localized muscular fatigue limitations
