I like what Robert Kiyosaki (love him or hate him) said, poor Dad would say "we can't afford it" rich Dad would say "how can we afford it?" I like to say "how can we not only afford it, but how can we make money from it?" When you find an asset that is a good deal, you MUST make an offer! This is where some investors get stuck..."but, but, what if my offer is accepted? I don't have any money!" If it truly is a good deal and you looked at it from every angle and you even had a few other people look at the deal and you all agree that it truly is a good deal, you Must go in all directions at once. Find the money and make the offer. Your subconscious mind will find the money, every time! Who has ever done this?
