SUBSTACK CREATIVE REP: MAKE BUSINESS LOOK LIKE ART | OCTOBER 13, 2026
Business content does not always have to look like a business flyer. Today’s creative rep is about taking one business idea and turning it into a visual concept. Think: growth clarity consistency visibility simplifying a workflow building an offer reaching the right audience Then represent that idea with symbolism, movement, texture, shape, and color instead of the usual laptop, desk, chart, or money symbol. The goal is to practice taking an idea and giving it a stronger visual direction. I shared the full creative prompt here: https://substack.com/profile/332860801-latoya-taylor/note/c-360459760?r=5i6d1d If you try it, ask yourself: What business idea is this image actually communicating? That part matters more than simply making something pretty.

Before Saturday's Next Workflow Drops... Can I Ask Y'all Something? 👀
Every Saturday, I've been sharing a free Weekly Workflow to help you take what you're learning and actually USE it. We've worked through ideas, creating, improving, sharing, and now making sure people understand what we're offering. But I want to check in with y'all! For those who've been using the workflows: What's ONE thing you've created, changed, improved, tested, or figured out? It doesn't have to be a finished product or a sale. Sometimes recognizing what wasn't working or making a better decision is progress, too! And for those who haven't tried one yet: You don't have to go through every previous week to get started! Here's a little practice you can do right now. Think about something you're creating, selling, or working on. Ask yourself: ✅ What exactly am I creating or offering? ✅ Who is it supposed to help? ✅ What will that person be able to do with it? ✅ Could someone understand its value without me explaining it for 10 minutes? If you struggled with those questions, that's exactly the kind of thing we're working through in Week 6: Make Your Offer Clearer. And no, you don't need AI creating five more products just because you're unsure how to explain the one you already have! 😂 You can explore the free workflows here: 👉 https://sweetease-designs-llc.kit.com/434986cb54 Now I really want to hear from you! If you've used a workflow, what's changed for you? If you haven't, what's been holding you back? I'm asking because I want to understand what's actually helping people, not just keep putting more information out there. The next Weekly Workflow arrives Saturday! ❤️ Coach Toya

@TL Robinson It's just an interactive workflow you get each Saturday. It's based on how YOU work.

Learning AI has taken me places that I never imagined I'd go and this week is going to be good! I’m excited to be joining Nancy Clark and the AIsezz Consultants Alliance team as we head to M&T Bank Stadium to provide AI in the Workplace training for the Baltimore Ravens organization. I’ll be there as part of the team helping participants get hands-on AI training. I have learned so much being a part of DCT and the Certified AI Consultant program. Thank you @Mesha Bazemore and @Ty E Daniels for all you do in DCT. Let's go, ya'll. We can do this!

amazing news! Congrats!!!
Does any use
Payhip for digital downloads sales. I’m wondering if they have built in audience like Etsy… how much advertising you have to do etc…

Payhip actually has a marketplace now where customers can browse and discover digital products, similar to Etsy! However, there are a few differences. To qualify for the Payhip Marketplace, you must first make at least $10 in sales, and your store and products must be approved. The biggest thing to understand is that Etsy already has an established audience of shoppers. Payhip's marketplace offers another way to get discovered, but I wouldn't depend on it alone to bring in sales. You don't have to spend money on ads, though! You can drive traffic through Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, email marketing, and other free methods. My advice would be to start with a few products, test your marketing, and track where your sales come from before investing in paid advertising.
