My expertise was built in rooms with budgets, systems, strategy, onboarding, leadership, and client experience. In environments where decisions are made, investments are funded, and results are expected. That’s where the millions live. I don’t have to abandon my passion—but I do have to align it with my highest value. Because impact feels good…but impact plus expertise changes legacy. And from this moment forward, I choose to lead from what I know, not just what I’ve survived.
