It was late. I was tired. So tired. But I did it. I made my first video. Ever. Not only my first video, but I've never really been on social media. My introduction post in THIS GROUP was the most I have ever shared about myself online. Now, my channel is up and running, my video is uploaded as of today, public, and throughout this process of creating my first video I have learned so much. I know where I am wasting time. I know now that b roll from my phone needs to be a certain file type, that wasted a couple of hours having to redo. I know now that I need to record the thing early in the day, not at 2am after being awake for almost 24 hours because you can actually see me slowing down over the course of my video LOL. AND I took a shot of pre workout right before this. But I did some good things to make it easy. For example, I decided to record audio in camera to make editing easier. I limited my self to 2 takes and then work with what I have. Of course, I learned CAPCUT from Alexa’s video. I think there are still a lot of ways I can simplify this process, like batching. I will update you guys with what I am learning. If you watch it you can probably see that I keep looking at my notes and reading, so that's one thing I need to figure out. I recorded this last weekend and edited it but I didn’t want to post it without being certain that I was uploading it the “best way” AND that I had something of value in the description. So I unlocked advanced features and put together a downloadable PDF of detailed notes of the 6 STEPS in the video, through STAN STORE. There is also an option to set up a free Q&A with me for anyone who is going through what I went through! Like I have said before to a couple of you guys, I am happy to be a part of this community. We all realize how important this creation thing is and like Alexa, and probably why I am such a fan, is that this HAS TO WORK for me. This is not an option, this is not a fun hobby for me. I am going all in to see some significant traction by June of 2025.
