Let me know how you guys would answer this, and why? Which effect does hyperventilation during CPR have on cerebral blood flow? A) Increases cerebral oxygenation B) Decreases cerebral blood flow C) Has no significant effect D) Prevents cardiac dysrhythmias

It causes decreased cerebral blood flow because hyperventilation drives down CO2 causing hypocapnia which causes vasoconstriction including increased cerebral vasoconstriction starving the brain of oxygen and glucose.
