Bio: Hi I'm Julie I'm 65 and 15st 9lbs i have been on all the diets and platoed or put weight on last one I put on a stone. not active due to health.

Bio: I am a mother to 3 children and have 1 granddaughter, I am 55 years old and currently going through the menopause and have gained extra weight since
