What does fitness/the gym mean to you?
For me, the gym evolved into my happy place. It became my home when I didn’t have a home, my family when I lost family. It was there for me whenever I needed it with whatever I was going through in life. Many of the best athletes I have met have conquered battles in and out of the gym. I think about this because I just spoke with a someone who would like to come back into the gym but what she is going through in life on a very personal level is truly scary. What she is about to put her body and mind through is a true battle. I try to promote the gym as a support system not just to reach your goals, but help those around you feel like they can conquer life outside of the gym as well ❤️

Great question! To me it means taking care of the vessel that carries my soal. If I take care of my body, my body will help me enjoy life by dancing, doing sports, and giving me longevity
Morning Daily Affirmations: 5 Meeting Bullets
- I am a disciplined lifelong student. Coach, athlete, and nurse - Today I will share my knowledge with those I train and complete 5 more mentorship videos to enhance my knowledge further for them and myself - I reject negativity. I wrote a 3-5 bullet point for a meeting discussion yesterday that I will share bellow. - - It included: - 1) if you see something say something: the only way to make those around you better is full transparency. Nobody can learn or grow from their mistakes if they don’t know about them. - 2) If you want to be better, be better. raise the bar for yourself. do not put other people down to make yourself look better - 3) be grateful for what you have… If you say you’re going to do something, do it because you dedicated yourself to it. Do not complain about it or do it half;. if you constantly complain about something, fix it or don’t do it. Do not complain/ put it down for others around you - 4) support those around you and loved ones. - 5) if someone asks you a question always do your best to answer the question. If there is someone near that has more expertise/specialization in the subject allow this person to speak on the subject so that the question can be answered as optimally as possible
