Hi Shelly and everyone. This doll have taken a while to come through because there was so much intention needed for her. She represents me in a way, she has silk around her heart space representing healing energy and earth. Her hair is long, her markings are a spiral and her medicine bundle is elder flower. I do struggle with arms as I make them to thick, I also struggle with faces and continue to watch Shelly’s videos over and over. But overall I’m so happy with her. Most importantly this is how the spirit of the doll wanted to come through. Thankyou Shelly for your teachings, they’ve been so great to learn from.

Welcome to Soul Doll Studio 🤍 A gathering place for creativity, intention, and connection. I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. Soul Doll Studio is a space I’ve created for those who feel drawn to the art of working with wool, creating with intention, and discovering what can emerge when we slow down and work with our hands. Soul Dolls is more than learning to needle-felt a doll. It’s about the creative process itself- the colours we’re drawn to, the stories we carry, the intentions we bring, and the unexpected beauty that can take shape along the way. Whether you’re discovering Soul Dolls for the first time, creating your own doll, or sharing the Soul Dolls Approach as a facilitator, you are welcome here. Inside the Studio, you can: ✧ Explore introductory needle-felting lessons in the Classroom. ✧ Share your creations, questions, and discoveries. ✧ Connect with others who appreciate meaningful, intentional art. ✧ Find inspiration for your own creative journey. ✧ Explore the Soul Dolls Artist Experiences and Facilitator Training if you feel called to go deeper. There is no perfect doll to create, no expectation to keep up, and no particular way your creative journey needs to unfold. Come as you are. Create at your own pace. I’d love to get to know you. Introduce yourself in the comments. Tell us where you’re joining from and what drew you to Soul Dolls. I’m so glad you’re here. With warmth and intention, The Creator of Soul Dolls

So many of us are carrying incredible gifts, wisdom, and creativity- but something keeps us stuck. The people I work with are often deeply skilled and deeply caring. Yet they find themselves holding back, second-guessing themselves, or waiting for the “right time” to share what they’re here to offer. The Soul Dolls Approach is an invitation to move beyond that stuckness. The doll isn’t the goal- it’s the tool. A gentle, hands-on way to reconnect with what’s already within you: your creativity, your voice, your story, and your sense of belonging. As we create, we begin to see ourselves differently. We find inspiration again. We gather in community. We welcome people into our homes and our lives. And we begin sharing the parts of ourselves we’ve unintentionally kept hidden. If you’ve been feeling stuck, I hope this video reminds you that everything you need is already within you. Sometimes all it takes is the right tool to help bring it forward. I’d love to hear what resonates with you in the comments. 💛 Registration now open Soul Dolls Approach Founders training rate -only 11 (2 filled) spaces open at this special never again offered investment opportunity.
