So many of us are carrying incredible gifts, wisdom, and creativity- but something keeps us stuck. The people I work with are often deeply skilled and deeply caring. Yet they find themselves holding back, second-guessing themselves, or waiting for the “right time” to share what they’re here to offer. The Soul Dolls Approach is an invitation to move beyond that stuckness. The doll isn’t the goal- it’s the tool. A gentle, hands-on way to reconnect with what’s already within you: your creativity, your voice, your story, and your sense of belonging. As we create, we begin to see ourselves differently. We find inspiration again. We gather in community. We welcome people into our homes and our lives. And we begin sharing the parts of ourselves we’ve unintentionally kept hidden.
