Hello, my name is Chaim Witherup im from North Carolina In my free time I like to watch joe bartolozzi and be with friends What i love about basketball is the peace i gain from it One weakness i have right now is shot selection, and one strength i have is ball handling.
Sometimes when i dribble/drive i feel so slow and i cant blow by guys. In the video you can see after my float dribble i could have attacked his hip but i was too slow. Any tips or drills for speed with ball?
When you dribble, would it be better to be shoulder dominant towards the defender to really protect the ball, or be squared up whilst shifting? Or is there a perfect balance between shifting whilst also protecting?
