So I know I’ve been told this but I looked it up the other day. Protein per pound: Chicken (skinless breast): 149 grams • Beef (steak): 139 grams • Turkey (roasted): 133 grams • Lamb: 123 grams • Pork (loin): 117 grams • Salmon: 117 grams • Tuna: 117 grams • Shrimp: 107 grams • Lobster: 85 grams It’s shocking how much protein there is in meat
