I am a new member of the Nova Nidra Community. I have been meditating daily for ~25 years. My initial guides were Deepak Chopra, Candice Pert, & Joe Dispenza, but Now I am focused on Yoga Nidra. I am a big fan of Kristyn Rose and Ayla Nova. Whom I consider Masters of the practice. ... Thank you.

Ok these are a little difficult for me so bear with me please lol 😆...My name is Chad I am from Michigan 🇺🇸 and my favorite quote is always changing as well 😊 glad u posted that in ur example ty..but my favorite quote right now is from a speech I heard years ago by Matt silver a NY street performer apparently...I thought it was a homeless man bcus I think that's what the video was labeled as crazy man gives words of wisdom ? I dont remember but I can probably find it ...and i dont know if it qualifies as a quote but ... he said live in the moment!!! Dont judge people!!! U cant be free if u judge people, create inspire because life is a paradox a mirror of confusion so "live in the moment loveNow it repeats"!!!! But he says it beautifully and way more stylish 😆 ...sorry if that makes absolutely no sense but I love it. Thank u for accepting me into your community 💗 💖 sending light and love to everyone and if your in America goin thru hard times the mental crises hotline is 988. ☮️ ❤️ 😊 🌈🦄 🧙♂️
