How to know if you have a weak core
And yes... You can have abs on show and still have a weak core. What do you think the fundamental job is of our core? Lets talk about the Transverse Abdominis. The TA is a sheet of muscle that extends from your ribs to your pelvis and wraps around your trunk from front to back. Its the deepest part of your core and acts as a stabilizer.
